How to delete your Zenward account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, app-usage history, family and partner links, rewards, messages and sign-in details. It cannot be undone.

1. Open Zenward and tap your avatar to open Profile.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

On a child's phone managed by a parent, the parent must remove the child first.

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Zenward account”. We delete the account and all its data within 7 days and reply to confirm.

All account data is deleted from our database immediately (in-app) or within 7 days (by email). Database backups that may contain it expire within 30 days. We keep nothing after that.
