Terms of Use

BC Tracker is a free record-keeping app for committees (BC / ROSCA). It lets an organizer and members keep a shared record of payments, turns, draws and payouts. By using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

• BC Tracker never holds, collects, transfers or guarantees money. All payments happen directly between members, outside the app.
• We are not a party to any agreement between committee members and are not responsible if a member does not pay, pays late, or a committee ends early.
• The app is not a bank, wallet, lender or financial service and does not provide financial advice.

• Give accurate information and keep your Google account secure.
• Only record payments that really happened, and only upload screenshots you have the right to share with your committee.
• Organizers: get the agreement of people you add (including people who do not use the app) before recording their name, phone number and payments.
• Use the app only for lawful committees and in line with the laws that apply to you.
• Do not misuse the app — for example by trying to access other committees, harass members, or upload unlawful content.

Draw results and the committee history are permanent so every member can trust them. A draw cannot be redone once performed. Organizers should confirm payments and payouts carefully, because these actions are recorded.

We work to keep the app available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change, pause or stop features, and will try to give notice of major changes.

To the extent allowed by law, XFlash is not liable for losses arising from payments between members, from decisions made using the app's records, or from service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
